Print Files on the M611 Label Printer

Print the files that are stored on the Internal Memory or a USB Drive on the M611 Label Printer (Authentic). This is available on the M611 with the Authentic A above the right side of the LCD screen. 

Files Stored in Internal Memory
 
  1. Select the right arrow on the Main Menu.

  1. Select Files or Print.

  1. If printing from the Internal Memory, select the file(s) to print.
Label file to print

If printing from a USB Drive, select the down arrow next to Internal Memory and select External Storage. Select your label file.

  1. Select the Printer icon to print.

  1. The print screen will appear and print the labels if Print on Demand is off. 
Label Printing
 
​​​​​​If Print on Demand is on, the labels will not print until you press the arrow in the yellow circle. You will need to press the arrow in the yellow circle to print each label. Refer to M611 Label Printer - Print on Demand for more information.
