Printer is Not Connecting to the Mobile Device or Does Not Appear in the Express Labels Mobile app
CauseThe Bluetooth is not enabled on the printer or another device is already connected.Troubleshooting
- Confirm that Bluetooth is turned on in the printer settings: M610 - Bluetooth Setting.
- Disconnect the current device by holding the power button on the printer for five seconds.
Note: Only one device may be connected to the printer at a time. The icon is a steady blue when a mobile device is connected to the printer or if gray if there are no connections.
