Cause


The Bluetooth is not enabled on the printer or another device is already connected.


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Confirm that Bluetooth is turned on in the printer settings: M610 - Bluetooth Setting.
 
  1. Disconnect the current device by holding the power button on the printer for five seconds. 
Note: Only one device may be connected to the printer at a time. The icon is a steady blue when a mobile device is connected to the printer or if gray if there are no connections.
