Connect the M610 to the Express Labels Mobile app using Bluetooth

The Bluetooth capability is only available on select M610 printer models. The printer will have the Bluetooth symbol to the left of the LCD screen Bluetooth.png .

Bluetooth Status Indicator: The icon will be a steady blue when the mobile device is connected to the printer or gray if there are no connections. Only one device at a time may be connected to the printer.
 
Note: The printer will display by the serial number. If you change the name of the printer after it has been paired with the Express Labels Mobile application, you must pair it again. 
 
  1. Turn the printer on. If you do not see the Bluetooth symbol in the lower right of the display, follow these instructions: M610 - Bluetooth Setting.
 
  1. Open the Express Labels Mobile application. 
 
  1. Select the menu.

  1. Select Printers

  1. If the printer name/serial number displays at the top, select it and proceed to step 7. If the printer does not display, select the yellow plus in the lower right corner.
Connect ELM
 
  1. Select the M610 printer.

  1. The M610 printer displays the following message. Select DONE.

If you receive an error message of Failed to connect, you may need to forget the prior Bluetooth connections on the M610: M610 - Failed to Connect in Express Labels.
