Issue

The "File is incompatible with installed labels" error message displays. 

Cause
 
  • The file selected is not compatible with the installed label supply.
  • When printing a file from history, the error message will tell you the compatible label supply. 
  • When printing from the file list, the label supply part number will not be known. 

Troubleshooting

Install the label supply that is compatible with the label file being created: M610 - Label Types & Label Supply.
