Issue 

The text on a pre-sized / die-cut label is not positioned correctly.


Troubleshooting

There could be debris on the position sensor. Clean the sensor.
 
  1. Press the power button on the printer to turn the printer off. Power Button.png
 
  1. Remove the cartridge.
 
  1. Clean debris off the sensor by using compressed air or a lint-free swab.
