When pressing the power button the printer doesn't respond and turn on.
Causes
- You may need to charge the battery. Plug the printer into a USB port using the cable that came with the printer.
Battery Status Light:
- Pulsing green: Charging
- Green: 51-100% charge remaining, or charging completed
- Orange: 21-50% charge remaining
- Red: 11-20% charge remaining
- Flashing red: less than 10% charge remaining
- If the battery is charged and the printer will not turn on, press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds to reboot the printer. The battery and Bluetooth lights will come on when the printer has restarted.
