Issue

The printer has been plugged in for four hours and it is not fully charged.

Cause

  1. Use the cable that came with the printer and verify the outlet is working.

 

  1. If you printed until the battery was completely discharged, and the printer was unused for a long time, the battery may take six to eight hours to recondition and fully charge. Press the power button when the printer is plugged in to start charging. 

 

 

 

If the issue still persists, contact Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information) and provide the serial number of the printer: M211 - Serial Number Location.
