| Body | You can only connect one device at a time to the M211 printer model. If the printer is not connecting to your device, you may need to disconnect the previous device. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
In order to disconnect a device from the printer, hold the power button on the printer for at least five seconds until the Bluetooth status light flashes. The flashing Bluetooth light indicates that the printer is looking to connect to a device.  Related information
