Printing Energy Source Labels from Link360 Cloud

Not all Brady printers and materials are supported for this feature. For printer and media requirements to print energy source labels, please reference this article: Link360 Cloud - Requirements for Printing Energy Source Labels

Note:
This interface is slightly different for the J2000 inkjet printer - How to Print Energy Source Labels from Link360 to the J2000

Select Energy Source Labels for Printing

1. Display the desired Lockout Procedure
2. Select Print Tags and Labels from the right-side tool bar

3. Select the Energy Source Label tab and the required printer
4. Select the Lockout Points energy type.  Note that you print in batches based on the selected type. 
5. Select the Label Template.  Note that the closest option is the default. 
6. Select Optional Data as needed.  You are limited to selecting one option and it will appear on the label in the lower left corner. 
7. Click Preview & Print Tags option in the lower section of the screen

Install the Brady Print Service (Only required on first use)

The first time this feature is used, Brady Print Service must be installed and once installed this will not be required in the future:

1. Select Download & Install (your local IT department may need to do this if you are blocked from downloading) 
2. Run the downloaded file to install the software
3. Close the window that indicates the installation is complete
4. Return to the LINK360 browser tab: Lockout Tags & Energy Source Labels. You can now close the Brady Print Service tab.  
5. Select Preview & Print Tags on the lower section of the screen 
6. Open the Brady Print Service when prompted 


Print Settings Options

1. The printer is auto-detected based on printer connection or click on the printer icon to the right of the Printer field to view printers on your network.  Note that printers added manually appear at the top of the list and auto-detected network printers are in the lower section. 
  • Note: After each Link360 release you will be prompted to allow access to the network to auto-detect printers on the network.  This will occur after updates to the Brady Print Service application which is independent of LINK360 releases. 
2. Label Part: This too is auto-detected based on label supply loaded in printer.
3. Print Copies: Select the number of copies to be printed for each label.  
4. Select Print.
