- Jobs sent from Brady Workstation do not appear in the J1000 Status Monitor.
- Jobs sent from Brady Workstation don't print to the J1000.
Troubleshooting1. Make sure the status monitor and driver is installed: How to Install the J1000 Driver and Status Monitor 2. If you had already installed the driver but not the status monitor, Go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right click the J1000 driver and select See what's printing. If there are stuck jobs, right click and cancel them.
You may need to restart the print spooler after clearing the printer queue. Navigate to Start Menu > Services.msc > find the Printer spooler service, right click and restart it.
