Body | IssueThe ink cartridge alignment fails on the J7300.Troubleshooting
- Reseat both ink cartridges and make sure the ink cartridge cover is fully seated. Verify the label roll is installed correctly. Run the Ink Cartridge Alignment: J7300 - Align the Ink Cartridge.
- If the problem persists, make sure a bright light is not shining down on the printer which may be interfering with an internal sensor.
- If the problem persists, cover the clear window and run the Ink Cartridge Alignment again.
