Issue

Driver uninstall hangs or pauses if any of the applications open are used by the drivers. 

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Close any driver-related applications.
  2. Close the uninstall window.
  3. If you are connected to the J7300 via USB, remove the USB cord
  4. Reopen the uninstall window from Add or remove programs.

  1. Click Uninstall.

The driver will successfully uninstall.
