How to View the Firmware Version on the J4000

Checking the J4000 firmware requires installing the J4000 Driver and PrintHub utility: How to Install the J4000 Printer Driver and PrintHub.
 
  1. Launch the J4000 PrintHub utility and select Settings.

  1. Select the Update tab, see the Software Version below the Check for Updates button.

How to Update the Firmware Version 
 
  1. To update the firmware, select Check for Updates. 
 
Note: Internet is required to update the firmware for the J4000 printer.
