Issue

When viewing the Status Monitor on the J2000, the power light on the printer starts blinking.


Troubleshooting
 

  1. Power cycle the printer.

 

  1. Reboot your computer.

 

  1. Remove and reinstall the driver. Refer to How to Install the J2000 Driver for more information. 

 

  1. Verify the sensors and printer is set up correctly.
