Issue

The J2000 gives a "paper out" error even when a brand new full roll of labels is loaded. 



Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure the label sensor is correctly aligned: J2000 - Adjusting the Gap and Notch Sensor.

 

  1. Try another roll of labels. 

 

If the issue still persists, contact Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information and provide the lot number and part number of the labels: What Is The Label/Ribbon Part Number and Lot Number?
