Body | Note: Brady Technical Support cannot provide troubleshooting for issues related to 3rd party software, this workaround is not routinely validated: Printing to Brady Printers from 3rd Party Software In some cases with this printer and non BRADY material, every aspect of the driver may need to be set up.
The Gap Space in most cases will be a tenth of an inch. You may see this automatically populate in this filed in the printer driver. In some case you may have to define the gap space between each label.
If your printer seems to calibrate once you have the labels installed but loses the calibration after you print you may need to define the Gap Space. An example of this would be if you have a THTEL-184-483-1-DA the gap space may need to change to .1250 (1/8th of an inch.) if the calibration is getting lost. |
