Make sure that the correct plate is being use or the Auto Advance will not work.
Correct Plate:
The correct Plate does not show a blue dot on the label which will advance when a label is remove.
Incorrect Plate:
If the blue dot is present, the sensor will always sense the label and will not sense when the printed label is remove.
