Manage Networked Brady Printers in the Printers App
Add the i5300 to Brady Workstation after the i5300 has been configured and added to your network: How to Network the i5300 Printer
1. Launch Brady Workstation and select the Printers app.
2. The printer should be automatically detected.
Note: As of BWS Shell 4.10.0.3, even if the printer shows as "Found Automatically" you will need to manually add the printer. See below steps.
Manually Add the i5300 to the Network Printers App
Follow these steps if the printer does not automatically display.
1. Click "Add Printer".
2. Enter a printer name and select the i5300 from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter the IP address of the printer. This can be found on the printer display in Settings > Connection > Advanced Network Settings.
4. Click Test Connection to confirm the connection is working, then click OK.
Note: The i5300 may not appear in the Managed Network Printers section immediately. To confirm if the printer was successfully added, navigate to an app and see if the printer is selectable from the dropdown.
