Wraptor / A6500 Label Roll to Ribbon Ratio
The number of labels per ribbon depends on the label material used.
The Wraptor has a ribbon saver feature which will allow 5-9 rolls of labels to be printed per 1 roll of ribbon if you are using the B427 self-laminating material. This is because self-lams have a printable area and a non-printable clear area used to wrap around the printable area (to further protect the print from chemicals and abrasion and adhere the label to the wire or cable). Since you will not be printing on the clear self-laminating section, the ribbon saver stops the ribbon from advancing while the clear laminate is feeding under the printhead.
The B499 nylon cloth material does not use this ribbon saver feature because it allows you to print on the whole label, therefore there must be enough ribbon to cover the whole label. you can generally get 3 rolls of labels from every ribbon.
