Downloading .bwpack Files
If choosing the option to download the Suite only or App only option it is recommended to use either Firefox or Google Chrome for your web browser. Should you use Internet Explorer or Bing those web browsers convert the .bwpack extension to a .zip extension. If using Internet Explorer or Bing browser you would then need to convert the extension from .zip back to .bwpack so the file can install.
