Brady Workstation is not detecting the installed supply of the A6500, it must be manually chosen. The "Installed" option does not exist.
The "installed" option available with the bidi supported i3300 Users may also be confused by this error in the print menu: "Warning, Unknown Part. The part in the printer cannot be retrieved".
Cause
While the A6500 is a Smart Printer with chipped media, it does not currently support bidirectional communication. The label part must be manually selected.
