Brady360 5 Year Warranty
The 5 year warranty applies to select Brady benchtop printers sold on or after January 1, 2013.

The warranty excludes repairs due to negligence and water damage. Excludes Wraptor™ model and handheld models – see Brady360 BradyID for full details & restrictions.
Note: Wearable parts are excluded from the warranty.
- Preventative Maintenance - Issues caused by a lack of cleaning are considered user damage. The 5 year warranty does allow for 1 cleaning within the first 12 months. Consult your printer manual or contact Technical Support for preventative maintenance information for your printer model.
- Print Heads - 1 print head replacement is provided within the 5 year warranty. All subsequent print head replacement will be charged.
