Body | Load Label and Ribbon Material
- Open the printer cover.
- Press the yellow latch on the ribbon cover to open it.
- Slide the yellow media guides fully open.
- Insert the label roll with the smart cell on the left side until the spindle ends rest in the slot of the media holder.
- Feed media from the top of the roll to the middle of the platen roller.
- Close the media guides until they touch the edge of the media liner.
- If using continuous material, move the media wiper over the labels.
- Insert the ribbon where the Brady logo is on the same side as the what displays in the printer.
- Close and latch the ribbon cover.
- Close the enclosure cover.
