Blank sections of some Excel spreadsheets may be interpreted as blank labels after importing into Brady Workstation. 

Workarounds

Method 1: Use Data Refresh Settings

1. Configure data refresh options in Brady Workstation: Data Refresh in Brady Workstation
2. Delete the blank rows within your Excel spreadsheet, then save. 
3. Close and reopen the Brady Workstation file with the imported data, the data should be refreshed. 


Method 2: Manually Delete the Blank Labels Within the Label File

1. Hold Ctrl + Click each blank label. 
2. Press delete on your keyboard.
