Buttons on the BMP61 printer sometimes do not function. 


Troubleshooting

There may be one or more keys stuck in a depressed state. To correct this issue, identify any keys which may be stuck and re-press those keys to unstick them.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact Brady Technical Support to setup a repair: Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Portable Printer.
