Users may use the Font Settings Menu to display and print different font types and styles. The Font Settings option can be found under the Setup Menu.
There are two fonts available on the BMP61: Brady Fixes Width and Brady Alpine.
Navigate to the Font Settings Menu:
- Press FN + SETUP.
- Tab over to the Font Settings option and press ENTER. This option will be to the right of the Language option.
- You may confirm the different font settings options by highlighting and pressing ENTER.
- Once you have confirmed the font settings, highlight OK and press ENTER
Note: You will be returned to the main data entry screen. You can clear the Setup Menu options by pressing CLEAR.
The previous label data will also need to be cleared for your font settings to be applied.
Clear the previous data and apply your font settings:
- Press FN + CLEAR.
- Highlight Clear All and press ENTER.
- Highlight Yes and press ENTER.
Your newly chosen Font Settings will now be applied to the current label.Adjust other Font characteristics (Size, Bold, Italic, Underline, Expanding/Condensing) under Font or press shift and up/down arrow to increase/decrease the font size.
