Issue

Failed to upgrade selected file displays on the BMP61 printer when trying to update the Printer Label Library. 

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Verify you are updating the Printer Label Library to a newer version.
 
  1. Try updating the Y and B version files separately. 
 
  1. Try using another USB flash drive. 
Make sure the USB does not have any other Printer Label Library files. Try another flash drive with a different amount of memory. You may need to try a smaller USB. 
 

If the Printer Label Library file upgrade continues to fail, contact Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information) with the serial number of your printer: BMP61 - Serial Number Location.
