Issue

The BMP41, BMP51, M410, or M510 is reading Out of Media. The error may occur after hearing the print mechanism gears attempt to advance the label.

Cause 
  • The cartridge is not fully seated.
  • The memory chip on the cartridge has counted down to zero or is corrupt.
  • The print mechanism has failed.

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Re-install the label cartridge.
 
  1. Replace the cartridge.
 
  1. Press [CLEAR/ESC] key to clear error.
