Label/media or ribbon has caused jam
Resolution
- Clear any jams by opening the printer cover and removing an excess labels in the feed roller or exit chute areas.
- Press the FN + Clear keys to clear error.
You can also try a different cartridge. If the error persists, printer might need repair: Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Portable Printer
