User interface error.
Troubleshooting
- Press the power button to turn the printer off.
If this does not shut down the printer:
- Remove the AC adapter (if using one).
- Remove the battery pack, then immediately re-insert.
- Power ON the printer.
- Try to power the printer with just the AC Power Supply.
- Upgrade the firmware:
