Issue The cutter does not cut.CauseThere may be label material or label fragments stuck in the cutter blade. Troubleshooting
- Disengage the locking lever and remove the cartridge.
- Use a small tool such as tweezers or needle-nose pliers to carefully remove the media slivers from the cutter assembly. Use caution not to damage any of the components in the cutter assembly while removing media slivers.
Caution: Never attempt to remove slivers with your fingers. The cutter assembly includes very sharp components that can cause injury.
Important: Be careful not to use any sharp tools near the printhead as it can damage it.
