Issue
While printing the LCD reads "cut while printing" and the printer stopped printing.
Cause
This occurs if the user operates the cutter while labels are still printing. This may also occur if print mechanism has suffered mechanical failure.
Corrective Action
- Activate the cutter to cut through the material completely.
- Press FN + Clear key to clear the error.
- Part of the printed label may remain in the printer. Press the feed key a few times to feed out some label material and then activate the cutter cutting through the label.
- Reprint the label(s).
