Issue
The label material won't feed out of the printer.
Possible Causes
- The leading edge of the label roll is uneven or torn (not a straight edge).
- A cartridge is defective.
- Adhesive buildup or label debris is blocking the print mechanism.
- The printer has an internal mechanical failure.
Troubleshooting
- Use a pair of scissors to cut a straight leading edge on the label roll.
- Try loading a different cartridge. This will determine if the issue is the printer or the cartridge.
Note: The M410 and M510 requires cartridges with the Authentic A.
- Verify the locking lever is in the locked position.
