Body | This message is typically shown when there is an internal mechanical failure of the printer, or when the supplied battery power is insufficient to power the printer. Always use standard AA alkaline batteries or the rechargeable lithium-ion battery from Brady (BMP21-PLUS, LAB, AND M210 models only).
You can attempt to fix the error by clearing the printer using Function + Clear, and replacing the batteries or switching power sources (using the AC power adapter). In most cases the printer will need to be replaced.Related information
