Issue

When panel color ribbons are loaded, the BBP37 will not allow printing a label length longer than 8" in length. 

Cause

Color ribbons are "paneled" in 8 or 16 inch sections. This means the maximum print length when using paneled ribbons is limited to 8 or 16 inches respectively.

Resolution

Load a single color ribbon if your printer does not allow labels longer than 8 inches on continuous media. The BBP35/37 can print labels up to 8.3 ft in length using monocolor ribbons.
