Issue
The touch screen is blank.
Cause
- If the screen is white, this indicates an issue or corruption of the printer's firmware. You can attempt to re-flash the firmware. This may recover the printer:
- If the screen is black and you have ensured the printer is receiving power and appears to be attempting to power on, this indicates an issue with the hardware of the printer such as the LCD back light or other issue that requires repair.
