It allows you to make changes to a BBP11 /12 printer by sending new settings to the printer and see the current settings of the BBP11/12 printer. - Download the Diagnostics Tool attached to this article.
- Right click the folder and select Extract All.
- Select Extract.
- Double click the folder.
- Double click the Diagnostics Tool.
- The Diagnostics Tool opens.
