Note: One printer will need to be connected to the software to save the USB file.
- On the connected printer, insert a USB drive into the USB host port.
- Set the printer to use the USB port rather than the internal memory: Settings > System Configuration > File Location > External Memory.
- Return to the home screen.
- Create your label: Text Labels - Create a Label File.
- Select print to send the label file to the printer.
Note: The file is placed on the USB drive rather than in the printer's memory.
- Remove the USB.
- Insert the USB drive into the printer to which you want to transfer the job.
- Set the printer you are transferring the file to use the USB port (External memory) rather than the internal memory: Settings > System Configuration > File Location > External Memory.
- Return to the home screen.
- Select Print Jobs on the printer screen and print the job as usual.
