Issue

The BNC Utility or Brady Worksation gives a "No Network Card Installed" error when attempting to configure network settings on the BMP61. 

Troubleshooting

1. Check to make sure your BMP61 model supports wifi: BMP61 - How to tell if WiFi Enabled

2. Follow these instructions to configure the BMP61 card with Brady Workstation: How to Network the BMP61 Printer in Brady Workstation

3. 
Contact Brady Technical Support for your region if the printer continues to display the error and freeze up.
