The screen freezes on the i7500 printer. 

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Turn of the printer with the switch on the back of the printer.

 

  1. Wait 5 seconds and turn the printer back on.

 

  1. If the screen is still frozen, upgrade the firmware.
