i7500 - Ribbon & Label Mismatch

Issue

Ribbon and Label Mismatch error displays on the i7500.

Cause 

The label and ribbon combination is not recommended. This combination will not meet the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) standards. 

Resolution

• Click OK to bypass the error message. The message may appear will appear every time the printhead is opened. The print quality may be affected if the Label and Ribbon are not recommended: i7500 - Label Materials Guide.

• The message can be turned off in the printer settings: i7500 - Notification Settings.
