Issue
The Print Roller Mismatch error message displays.
Cause
The roller is wider than the media and the ribbon is wider than the roller.
Resolution
This is a notification to inform you that this can work but is not the best for the life of the print roller and printhead. The print roller and printhead may wear quicker.
- The error can be bypassed each time by tapping OK.
