Issue

The printer allows you to print a few labels before the print job pauses and displays “Ribbon Low” message.

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Confirm the ribbon is loaded correctly. See How to Load Labels and Ribbon in the i7100 Printer for more information. 
 
  1. A setting within the printer prompts this message. Follow these steps to turn off this message:
 
  1. Select Settings.

  1. Select Ribbon.

  1. Select Warn Level Ribbon.

  1. Select to turn the warn level message off or set a specific length when you would like to receive this message.
