Printer Info includes the printer model, firmware version, permanent motor history, permanent TPH history and the permanent auto cutter history. Tech Support may request the firmware version to troubleshoot issues further.
- Use the navigational arrows to highlight the Info menu.
- Press OK to select the Info menu.
- Press OK to select the Printer Info.
- The printer information displays.
