Body | Ethernet Troubleshooting
- Check the following network settings:
- IP Address: Check the IP Address band of the printer and the access point (or wireless terminals). The first three segments in the IP Address must be the same.
- Subnet Mask: Make sure the subnet mask of the printer matches the one in the access point (or wireless terminal).
- Port: Make sure the port configured in the printer and the host are the same.
- Check the cable
- In order to check whether the problem is due to the LAN cable, connect the cable connected to the printer to other terminals or to the computer to confirm normal operation.
