Standby

Standing by for user input. If pressed when no print job is in progress, the following buttons put the printer into Print Standby Mode.

Pause button - Switches to Print Standby Mode without feeding any labels.

Arrow button - Feeds one sheet of labels to align the label position, then switches to Print Standby Mode. 

PrintingPrint in progress.
Pause

Printing is paused.

Pause button - Pauses printing if pressed while a print job is in progress. 

CancelPrinting canceled.
F/W Downloading Downloading firmware.
printhead OPENPrinthead is open.
printhead OVER TEMPPrinthead has reached the maximum temperature
printhead COLD TEMPPrinthead has reached the minimum temperature.
AUTO CUTTER JAMLabels are stuck in the auto cutter blade.
LABELS OUTLabels are not installed correctly.
RIBBON OUTRibbon is not installed correctly.
MEDIA JAMLabels are jammed and not printing normally.
SENSING FAILLabels are not recognized normally.
