Use Sensor sensitivity when the label supply is not detected correctly. The strength of the sensor can be adjusted to fix the label sensing problem. 

 

 

  1. Use the navigational arrows to highlight Sensor.

  1. Press OK to open the Sensor menu.

 

  1. Use the navigational arrows to highlight Sensor Sensitivity. 

  1. Press OK.

 

  1. Use the navigational arrows to increase or decrease the number for Sensor Sensitivity. 

  1. Press the button with the three dots below Select to save the changes.
