Adjust the ribbon guides if wrinkled ribbon is causing lines or blank areas on printed labels.

 

Caution: Do not adjust the ribbon guides while the printer is printing. The printer could be damaged. 

 

Ribbon Guide A

 

  1. Slightly loosen the screw fastened to ribbon guide A using a Phillips screwdriver. 

  1. Adjust the guide up or down.

 

Ribbon Guide B

 

  1. Slightly loosen the screw fastened to the ribbon guide B using a Phillips screwdriver. 

                    

 

  1. Adjust the guide forward or backward.
