Support for the i5100 printer was added to LabelMark 6 in version 6.6.1. The printer will not function correctly if using a previous version.
If using an earlier version of Labelmark 6 with the i5100:
- The i5100 will not show in the list of Installed Smart Printers on the homepage, or on the Manage Printers page
- No bidirectional information is available, reading labels and ribbon part numbers and values.
- When printing the i5100 will continuously feed blank labels when a print job is sent
If trying to set up an i5100 to work with LabelMark 6, please verify that the software has been updated to the most current version. |
