Issue

The "Clean Printhead" message displays on the LCD screen. The message continues to pop up on the screen.


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Turn off the printer and clean it. Make sure to clean the printhead and sensors on the printer. Refer to i3300 - Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance.
 
  1. Upgrade the firmware. Download the latest firmware version from BradyID.
